Samantha Mason
Director & Founder
Samantha has been in the Executive Business Administration field for over 27 years in Australia and the UK, where she has developed extensive skills and experience. Moving into the Finance Industry, Samantha has grown through various roles, becoming a highly accomplished and knowledgeable Parabroker and Loan Processor. To further gain financial knowledge, Samantha completed her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management in February 2021.
Samantha has a keen eye for detail and is extremely passionate about providing clients with a dedicated and personal service, offering a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise.
We work closely with you and your clients to ensure their applications are progressed promptly. Our main focus is to be responsive to you and your clients through regular communication so you both have peace of mind throughout the loan process. Once a loan is submitted, with Broker approval, we can be the main point of contact and proceed to the final settlement, taking the stress away from the broker. We aim to work closely in a “team environment”, although virtual, to deliver to you and your clients a seamless customer experience that will meet or exceed your expectations.
